What was your verdict on the Stateroom? My wife and I are booked in room 5664, next door, and we are curious about the noise level.

On our specific cruise we were not bothered by the noise. It was loud while the shows were going on but I believe they ended about 9 or 9:30pm. I think the complaints we read from previous cruises before COVID there were late night movies showing in the Walt Disney Theater in addition to the movies they should in the buena vista movie theatre. On our cruise there were not any shows or noise passed 9:30. We used a sound machine for the our little one and the noise was over before we went to sleep.

Thank you for sharing these sweet moments from your trip with your son. I have been doing a Disney cruise deep dive over the past week or so. I have a 17 month old son and would like to do the Canadian cruise out of NYC when he is 3.5 or 4.5. It's so hard to picture what he'll even be like at that age! Very happy to see your son loved the kids club although I know experiences can vary widely, especially with the younger kids since some can feel intimidated. Can't wait to follow along with the rest of the trip. Did your son enjoy the stage shows in the theater at night too?

The stage shows are usually pretty short, under an hour. Exciting enough to keep the attention of all but the most attention deficit. Nobody really minds too much if a child is chatting, asking questions, shouting at the characters etc. We take our grandchildren on Disney cruises, they love kids club. Next cruise in just one month, I’ll try to find this comment again, so I can let you know if they loved kids club as much as their cousins, but I will post a video too.

We had a great first day! He loved the kids club so much and would beg us to take him. He still talks about wanting to go back to the kids club.

Oh breakfast looks delicious. Disney food is the best especially at epcot. Castaway cay looks so fun. I definitely want to pet the stingrays and snorkel. Riding bikes would be fun. The food looks delicious.

Hey! Just here wondering how you guys got to bypass the Covid test. Did you guys do one before hand or was there a reason they let you guys not do the test?

At the time, they did not require testing prior to boarding the ship unless you were 12 years or younger. They did require vaccinations for adults. The requirements immediately changed right after our cruise.
