There are many, for music karaoke you can visit Bar De Goa, I think Tuesday's & Fridays check on their Instagram. Just to chill there are so many, there's Laxmi on the main Rd (Baga to Calangute) many more in Arpora, Assagaon etc just take your bike for a spin you'll find many..

This weekend when we visited Candolim there were many tourists, there was traffic on the main rd outside the beach so be prepared for that. Compared to Calangute it's less crowded. Locals won't bother you for anything. It's only when they see tourists breaking the law some of them get upset, I'm sure others would be upset also in any other place around the world. Once you are here I'm sure you'll enjoy bro, don't believe everything you see in the media, once you are here, you'll see a completely different picture. If I'm wrong, in case if you do visit, look around & see who's not following the law.. If you visit places where locals live you still see what it used to be a few years ago, I live in a place like that & it's still so beautiful & peaceful.

For you it can be bro...but my experience at beach was wrost with restaurant no transparency in food bill they charge like hell for below standard food...
