Everything you say in this video tells me you weren't following procedures when using the printer. 1. cracking likely because you aren't pressing it properly. 2. Without seeing your step by step process, I'm not inclined to believe you're telling the whole truth. Also sounds like you're just trying to find fault with Ricoma because you want to blame someone for what's likely operator error.
