@FruitFloridaFarm Thanks. Haven't seen and I have looked. Tried using dish soap and oil and that seemed to slow the damage, but it has rained everyday for weeks now. Is there anything I can do? It's a small tree but I don't want to lose it.

@@tommywebster-j6x you can grow mango in any type of soil in a container, just make sure the water can drain good, they really like sandy soil, they don't like muddy clay soil

@@victorbonello7132 I collect all the pollen first, there are different variety but I'm not sure how many are different, I know this Pollination method has done great and produce more fruit compared to other years

@@darleneswetz8325 over ten years but don't know exactly, vacuum sound interesting, it's actually not today much work with the cup, I can see how with the vacuum it will mix up the pollen nicely

I don’t think that is bacterial black spot. Looks like regular anthracnose. Bacterial black spot has a yellow margin around the black spot and it usually goes into the meat and damages it, whereas anthracnose is normally confined to the skin and spares the meat. Edit: and the Haden is underripe, it needs to be solidly yellow with no green at all and soft to the touch.

That tree didn't grow much. Most of the sapodilla didn't do well at the farm. Something with the soil there causing it to not grow.

Thanks for sharing! Do you use any fertilizer to feed your mango trees? They look massive! Also, What type of water do you use to spray your mangos? (Tap water, well water, or conditioned water).

Spray with city water. We have seacoast here. However I may start up my old well in the future. Honestly they gotten so big now there's no need to feed them but I do lay in the kitchen scraps along the base of the tree. Most of it is time and patience.

That one might have been a mix of different soil. Star apple don't do well in the cold. They will drop leaves. You might be over watering check the soil before you water make sure it's dry. Star apple leaves will droop when it's thirsty, that's usually when I water
