Some comments before you go to CP. #1 Magnum can be incredibly painful, janky, and rough depending on the row or seat you ride in. Trust me, I go to CP a dozen times a year and I've been on every row on Magnum. The most consistent row is probably Row 11. Sure, feel free to experience the front/back or the magic seats but those can get really REALLY rough. Row 11 on the other hand I've never had a bad ride on. #2 Maverick is a tale of two experiences. The front row and the back row. The first half of the ride is best in the back. The second half of the ride (after the tunnel) is best in the front. You kinda have to ride it twice to understand. #3 Steel Vengeance, in my opinion is only worth riding after 6pm once it's warmed up and the sun has started to go down. My favorite time to ride is probably right before dark and after sunset. So, if you can, try to ride Steel Vengeance sometime around 8pm-8:30pm to see it at its best.

Ok thanks so much, I'll keep those in mind! and yea I did add magnum to the list because on one hand it seems awesome and fun but on the other hand its notorious for it's painful airtime, so I'm excited but I'll probably (This is finna make people mad) Ride magnum first just to get it out of the way (why people would be mad bc of that statement is bc they'd be questioning why I'm not doing smth like maverick or Steve first and rather do Magnum)

maverick and steel vengeance give some of the best ride experiences. Magnums final hill are some of the most painful joy i have ever felt. And Chillenniumforceless was one of the most chill rides i have ever ridden. And raptors final helix is like great bears first helix. But at a lot faster speed. So intense. And don't miss out on the rest of the rides there. Gatekeeper has some nice body chopper moments.

@@horizonthrills They are. Just don't sit in the front row at night because of the bugs. They will die on you. You will most likely swallow one when you ride maverick at night.

I would say go for it bc jolly rancher remix is kinda one of the less intense rides at Hershey but don’t ride it over and over for 2 reasons, 1 it’s kinda shaky so you’d get a headache and 2 you’d realize it’s nothing special after a few rides, but 1 more thing it goes backwards (if u didn’t know) and it’s more intense backwards then going forwards!

I've been waiting for an on-ride video with the new trains. This is the first one I saw. Thanks. A lot of people said the trim brakes on the second turnaround hit harder with the new trains. It doesn't seem to be the case in this video.

It does slow the train down a lot but I couldn’t really tell the difference between the new trains and the old ones with the buzz bars (rest in peace to the stand up airtime you’d get with the buzz bars 😢😢😢)

Indeed! The only new gen Vekoma I rode was big bear mountain but I absolutely loved it, it was so smooth compared to most slcs and boomerangs

It is really intense, I like the front better than all the other rows because it’s the smoothest and you feel the launch forces the most in that row!

It was worse on the end seats, like I said in the short there's a horrible pothole on the valley of the first drop, but you really only feel the pothole on the end seats, and probably on the end seats specifically in the back row I'm guessing, I rode it three times once in each row, the 3rd time I rode it in the seat all the way to the left and in the back row, after that pothole it's not a terrible rattle, if I had to rate how bad the rattle was I'd rate the rattle a 6/10 probably! Jeez this reply is so long lol!

This is my home park and I darn need passed out on it last weekend riding it back to back. Was more relaxed the 2nd time around, had my hands up and then after the 2nd inversion I felt alllll the forces lol. Such a good coaster. Props to people who marathon these!

Just my opinion but i'm sorry...... adding new airtime focused restraints to a figure eight lateral twister layout doesn't make sense. I prefer the old "non-lat support" restraints that actually augmented the forces. I rode skyrush yesterday and the ride was a shell of itself. Unique lateral combinations including the sustained lateral following the stengel dive are gone. The unlimited upper body movement of the old restraints were unmatched.

I got airtime but only on the hills that didn't have trims, and maybe you were sitting near the back bc on this ride the airtime is stronger closer to the front!
