From what I can tell, the tentacle guy spawns after the round has been active for a certain period of time and the speed of it also scales with time. If you've been running around with 1 zombie alive for a few minutes then hop in the water you're probably already late into the time scale and he's super fast. If you haven't seen him all game it's probably because you've been going through rounds kinda fast.

@@johnduffy4284 sure like whatever you want but it’s so tiring to hear any talk about bo6 just circle back to black ops 3, like literally every aspect of the game is compared. If people let go of nostalgia and just played the game for what it is they would enjoy much more.

Tbh, they were going in a good direction with the game til they changed how the seasons work. Now I dont feel like the time I invest into doing the seasons is worth while, cause even when I get past rank 100 and get to the bonus I still cant get everything. And I have to slave away for even longer just to get the items I should have already earned. The map expansion was a refreshing change of pace, but at the end of the day. It felt empty and lacking in content, just like when fo76 first launched. And I think thats really sad.
