This darling little girl. She is beyond the word precious. Papa Sang is trying to show the baby how to climb. Bibu is so gentle and so timid. Dad needs to hold her and treasure every minute they are together. Something has to have been done tha this baby has eye problems. Especially both eyes. Dad has her surrounded with toys, thankfully a lot of them are soft toys. I think Bibu would appreciate a bottle of milk rather than a plastic toy to chew on.

Dad you can also use bells on things such as the different levels he climbs or doors he could use his other senses to get use to the areas he is in and not wonder off, maybe think about padding under where he plays so Bibu won't hurt his self when he falls.
