I don't usually grind. I took what little I do know from scarecrow and ladylegendxo. I recommend watching their guides to learn how to properly set up and do a grind. The wolf grind was my first one and I feel I could have done some things differently

I'm not a big grinder and probably won't be grinding great ones I just wanted a rare wolf. A wolf great one would be cool though, they added great ones for red foxes if you haven't seen those yet, they're pretty awesome

@DrakeRaines-k8f that's awesome! It's so exhilarating isn't it? I love the thrill of being hunted by them and finding out its a diamond must have felt pretty rewarding

After some practice making long shots, I'll have to agree. It's so hard getting close to the animals without them spooking. Spent lots of time creeping up to complete the "kill a red deer with a single shot to the heart with a bow or crossbow". Those long shots get easier the more you learn your weapon though.

I've completed everything there is in Dauntless. How did they mess is up this time? Last time they screwed up was when they introduced reforge.

@ oh do i have a story for you… So they removed reforge thankfully and added crowns for people who reforges 70 times or each weapon once. Then they changed the weapon progression system completely and made it super hard to reach a high level and made it a grind fest. They also added weapon talents that upgrade your weapon but it is such a grind to get them 😭. They added a new behemoths the karkonos aka crudge and most people havent even fought it because you have to grind to get there. They reset every veterans player stuff and its just horrible. they also changed which behemoths spawn on wach island and the order of the islands so its just confusing. they removed all weapons and added exotics so you can only use exotics. also cells are consumable so if you mess up you cell gets deleted. you also have to upgrade armor to level 20 and it costs so much materials.

@Jakku_13 damn I forgot about crudge that's how long it's been! Yeah they've reset veterans before. I've had to relevel a bunch in the past. They are killing their game. I'll check it out but if it's as bad as you're saying, I probably won't play. They really don't learn

@Chaka2225 yeah it's definitely not my favorite compared to other hunting games I've played and some of the devs/mods are actually quite disrespectful when faced with issues. Unfortunately I can't play any other hunting games on my current system so I'm taking the cons with the pros

First was whitetail, second was whitetail, third was crocodile, fourth was banteng. Crocodile and banteng were shot with a handgun

Yeah I'm sure I could have handled it. I'm working on getting more solo content it's just hard with the amount of discord groups. No worries though, I'm getting some good content in time for Thanksgiving!

@famn_damily6158 you have to hold it until it detonates and it has to kill you both. Nothing can detonate it early or ot doesn't count. It's very tricky
