Very nice pakodas. We in Bangalire qmke these pakodas without potatoes and the Garam masala I gradients. To the rest we add lot of different herbs. They are also very tasty and popular. Will definitely try your version Mr. Bharath. Two questions pl: Why don't you use a simple chilli cutter especially when lot of chillies need to be minced? I have been using a very simple Anjali chilli cutter which is in the market for more than 30 years. Isn't potato also starch?

Bharatji, wonderfully explained. Please also give a tip on pyaj pakode (kenkda bhajiya). Either they get overcooked and get burning taste or it just remain undercooked (kachhi-kachhi).
