People here commenting like the media puppets and brainwashed ones they are. Everything about him, his wife, his designs, the vibration of music he chose for this video as well as his shows, his tattoos, his eyes and his conveyed aesthetic is satanic and demonic. He is a satan worshipper. Everything here is meant to convert or imprint this energy on the wearers and the followers. Vile and repulsive. These humans are a failure in a spiritual realm, the resources they have in the material world given to them by the big bosses are to make you say and write exactly all you do…making you the same. Why should we want to shock until we are as old as Rick Owens is? I mean you try yourself out when you are young and unbalanced - you need boundaries from the outside - until you learn shocking other people is harming them. Why should we harm other people and why should we create a style out of hate that every other narcissist wants to wear and spread even more of this energy of fear… while spending way too much money to create a not self. Also: the last words, we all want to be seen as someone we want.. I doubt it. When we are control freaks then yes. But not when we accept peacefully who we are and how others see us. It’s not obliging us to shape other peoples view for our own benefit.

I’ve always loved cerebral fashion houses like prada and margiela but their designs and concepts didn’t always move me during spring and summer to the point of wanting to buy their products. Dries has always satisfied that fix for me when it came to the warmer seasons. His pieces always felt really well thought out and poetic yet it was always accompanied by a touch of playfulness and perversity. I can’t wait for a couple pieces in the mail already haha.

I absolutely adore him. I think he's so fashion forward--there is a coat in his Jean Paul Gaultier collection that just kills me. I own a few pieces and wish I owned more. I have a zippered cropped asymmetrical jacket that matches a strapless to the floor gown and I wear them often. His pieces can be styled up or styled down. It's the fabric, lines...his garments feel so luxurious. They hang on the body so easily. I'm obviously smitten with his work.
