Old Bullhead is ripe for investment. Boomtown - If you’re intuitive, you’ll invest in commercial lots across the river from the casinos in Old Bullhead City. The jet ski entrepreneurs are starting to buy up all the commercial lots to become the biggest outfit for renting jet skies, etc. It’s a very profitable business. Why not buy what is left. They need storage room. Some of the better commercial lots have a building on it that you can even rent out. The city is planning to build a new commercial boat ramp by Earl’s Castle dinner on 1st street and Long Avenue. It will be a center place of activity. Find out who owns the property and offer to buy. Visit Mohave county assessor, click Mohave county, click real property parcel search, click on address and type in address you like. Public owner information shows.

I'm a desert boy and lived in LA for 15 years now...I hate it and am relocating to bhc in a couple months...can't wait!!

I lived in BHC from '76 to '83. I think the actually city I lived in was Riviera. Our double-wide trailer was steps from where a white pipeline crosses above the river. Like from highway all the way down Marina Blvd to the river. I attended the elementary, jr high, 9th,10th & half of 11th at Mohave HS. Then, my dad who worked at the Edison power plant in Laughlin transferred to San Onofre Nuclear power plant in San Clements, Ca. And here we are 35 years later still in beautiful SC It was quite the culture shock, but I made it thru, being an all conference football and basketball player helped. I miss the desert, the river, the casinos, the small town (even Okie style) feel.

Bhc is good city and its my hometown I'm moving back maybe next week I'm not sure yet
