Perhaps reason for thumbs down was the bare chest and scruffy jeans. Each to his own. O yes and some people hate tatooes

Wonderful! I can't believe somebody clicked the do not like button on this. But then again, I see people click do not like on a nine-year-old learning to play guitar who is proud of the song he just learned, probably because he is not playing it as good as someone in their 30s who has been playing for 15 years. They have to be just a miserable people who can turn a bright room dark just by entering. I had never heard of this guy but started reading an old weird New Jersey magazine and they had an article on him and his extended family. I'm not a marionette expert, but I know what I like and I like this and the other ones. Someone would have to ask him what he thinks when he's designing and building his marionettes. They could be as detailed as he wants, with movements coming from anywhere, but I notice what he does with his movable parts is he takes what would be the most expressive, the movements that show personality, and brings those to life. The dogs tail is obvious, but the tongue is something you wouldn't necessarily think to see. Yet it melts your heart because you think of your dog and the dog panting as you play with him. Just an incredible talent. I used to hang out in Washington Square Park in the 70s, and it has changed quite a bit. I doubt "Malt Duck" would go over big anymore, but that is probably a good thing. (it was a combination of Cold Duck and malt liquor) It's was an awesome place and I assume it is still an awesome place. And it's because people like this that make it so great.
