Service was a1. Great! My only complaint was that our seats were super close together to the other diners. I would have wanted more space. But were in NYC so to be expected I guess

Just ate there last week. Made us wait on the line an hour -Pissed🤬 though we had a reservation. The G Mgr. chick was the worst. They need a new system. W/that said ... FOOD AMAZING‼️ Ordered: Prawns🔥🔥🔥 Fish 🔥🔥🔥 Oxtail 🔥 DRINKS: Nutcracker & Gin/Tonic🔥🔥

Reservation just ensures you’re on the waitlist. Otherwise you’d just be leaving it up to luck that they have a cover/open table for you

@@mediaecw For me it was a special reservation as I was contacted thru their office via several emails & convos. There is no Waitlist. Either you have a reservation or you don't. If you don't, the line is for those who understand the 1st come-1st served/type of seating. That's just their system.
