Good kayda. Sounds good if played with the flow of hands and the fluency like Ravindra Singh Thakur mentioned. Overall though, good job and kayda is played very well.

When I was geting my 1st ticket we used to do these in a 150 with cuise power. The 150 would just break and fall back on the upside wing and then keep flying. I never did too many of these in my 182. Would have to get the nose up pretty high and in about a 30 degreee bank. I always thought that at times they spent too much time on stall recovery (which is important) and not enough time on understanding when an aircraft's wing is about to stall. Stalls when under the hood were always fun.
