Why Builder is extending the Draw date again and again ? Draw was supposed to be happened on 24th Dec'24 But Builder had extended the draw date to 15th January 2025 But Draw didn't happen on 15th January 2025 and Builder has once again postponed the draw date to some indefinite period. Can we calculate How much Builder is earning just with Application fee & interest on earnest money? And why Builder is extending the Draw date again and again? If 51000 Applications received 1) Total Application money 51000 X 590 = ₹3+ crore 2) Interest on earnest money 1 Form Earnest money - ₹145000 Total earnest money received - Around ₹735+ Crore If we calculate fixed interest on this earnest money, I am sure Builder must be earning another ₹40-50 crore in the form of Interest. That is the primary reason why draw date has been postponed from 24th Dec'24 to 15th January 2025 but draw didn't happen on 15th January. And now again Builder has postponed the draw date to some indefinite period so that he could earn more interest on Earnest money deposited by People.

These ppl are fake … sent us Offer of possesion even the flat is not ready … they gave us false confirmation about its completion … and now they have given … us offer letter as well as asking if utility charges .. if flat is not ready how they can charge and give offer later.
