This guy sounds like he got paid by Konami. What the MGS Vol.1 collection should have been BARE MINIMUM: True 1080p (not upscaled) for PSX MGS & MGS 2/3, 30/60 FPS respectively on all platforms. Have MGS Integral, MGS2, & MGS3 on the cart/disc. Widescreen support for PSX MGS which a freaking PSX emulator (DuckStation) has and the game looks great. In the case of disc versions older MGS games and MGS Twin Snakes should have also been included. Starting to understand how Konami fucked this up? It is absolutely not "incredible value" at $\£60 for some random soundtracks and digital books\artwork which if anything had to be optional DLC, these are the things that should have been.

PS3 version is better which is more realistic atmosphere colours beside sharper models

Well this aged like milk. Lazy ports of ports, buggier than they used to be, and all of it costing full price when this was just in the 40s back then. Kinda sad really. I get better quality and stability with the PS3 emu of the collection.

L dude, L. It's 20 bucks for MG1 and MG2 when that shit came packaged with MGS3HD as a bonus, which is funny because it's exactly the MGS3HD ports of MG1 and MG2. The original MGS3HD was 20 bucks..... this is a lesser product period.

There are 2 games in a HD lift that has 10 years of age, with no upgrades whatsoever. 1 game that is 25 years old and runs like SHIT on this port, WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL damn it 😂 And a shitload of bonus and very retro games that NO ONE wants to play (nor needs to) seriously man... MGS ports are CRAP since 2012. Period. These pieces of art deserve better that's all. So the truth is : 1, this is not acceptable for 60 bucks. 2, it is a good product for new people wanting to play MGS, people that have never played it. 3, it is factually a LAZY port.

Isn't a noticeable difference to me. I'm a casual gamer with no real tech knowledge. I just know what I see. Still really disappointed that seemingly no effort was made to enhance the visuals. Can't wait for Delta tho.

The graphics haven’t changed, which isn’t a bad thing, not much to change I’m noticing a slighting difference in lighting though, PS5 version is brighter, but not by a whole lot, image seems slightly clearer in some spots and the frame pacing is much better in certain areas

You got 3 cyborg ninjas throughout the series (Fox, Olga, and Raiden) Metal Gear is a giant robot Psycho Mantis is a flying psychic man who makes you plug your control into the 2nd player slot Snake regularly battles Metal Gear, A GIANT ROBOT, on foot with a rocket launcher. There's a god damn vampire in 2. Fortune redirects bullets with her bare hands. Yeah, she had that piece of technology, but when Ocelot launched Ray's whole payload at them she did it herself. Don't step to me about over the top. The whole series is ridiculous and that's why people love it. Twin Snakes gets unjust hate despite being an actual good remake.
