As someone who loved the original DXHR, I pretty much hated the Director's Cut. What a fucking mess. I think only the Wii U version was somewhat polished.

This game sure makes you feel terrible, but it's just too good to drop.

Definitely my favorite track of the game, just because of how relaxing it is. Whenever I have a bad day this song just makes me calm down. Also this was the best zone imo.

I suggest you take a look at TF2's Latency Compensation system. Either you or your opponent had a high Ping (or both of you). Long story short, the game detects a player's hits as *HE* sees them, not how his opponent(s) see them. On his screen, you were in front of him, so that's how the game calculated the hit. This has nothing to do with shitty hitboxes.

Same issue for me, where you ever able to find a fix in the DX9 version?
