you are doing great! Maybe you could add more food. I think adding one extra meal is going to benefit you so much! And also focus on whole foods, hydration, exercise (weight training, pilates, walking). I hope this advice won't bother you, because i only have good intentions!♡

Yes! :) 1 banana 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 1/2 cups oats 2 scoops protein powder Cinnamon any add ins (choco chips, sliced almonds, etc) bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes!
