I thought for apexification you needed an initial appointment for CaOh2 medicament dressing in the presence of apical pathology. Second appointment is cleaning and MTA ug and then back filling with thermoplasticised GP and then temporise or perm fill?

It's not perfect or easy but it's great when you get it right eventually and there's a fair amount of it so when you fail keep trying until you get it right. You get better at it over time, I read somewhere that you should (logically) clean the tooth thoroughly before application but also dry it so that it bonds better to the tooth, I never dried it before so next time I will dab some tissue to get rid of the moisture and hope I get even better results.
