bhai tum whatsapp pe reply bhi nhi krte. sare videos dekhe hain tumhare. ek query thi bta do. yahan hi likh rha mein : 1. For 300 mtr plus size plot, how to submit TDS. Jo 90% allotment money dena hai yeida ko usmein se katke ke jama karein kya? Scenario - Post allotment - 99% on yeida portal 1 % as TDS on Income tax website. Kya yahi process hai, har jagah real estate ka toh yahi process hai and aapke kisi video mein yeh cover nhi hai. Would be helpful for others as well if you can cover it. yahan bhi response de dena bhai Thanks

If amount is more than 50 lacs, you should cut TDS and pay and upload the certificate.

25000 hazaar plot pade hai yeida mein...2- 3 crore rate kar rakhe hain dealero ne....jo lega baad mein bech nahi payega....jab bechne jaoge tab yehi dealer bolenge aise toh hazaar plot hain..jab kharidene jaoge tab ye dealer bolenge plot nhai hai saste mein......jaldi karme wale investor ye jaan le ki yeida ke plot agra tak milenge aane wale time....khet khet hai yeida ke pass..

YEIDA is over hyped. only cargo planes will land, no one would like to land in a jungle and get looted. As far as area is concerned, it will take 20-25 years to even reach upto the level where Greater Noida is.
