I like these with the crosiant cooked first then sliced in half and place the ham and Swiss like a sandwich.. this is the ultimate.. make sure to use honey ham. when you cook it together it changes the flavor of the crossant that you spend a whole day preparing and it doesn't rise and puff adequately.. its just way better the other way IMO

Looks soooo good! I want to try and make these at home for a quick grab and go breakfast every morning! I wonder if it would still be good if you just stuck them in the air fryer quickly so they're hot or if that would ruin them and the oven would be a better bet.

For reheating, the air fryer would work great! Get that crispiness back and the cheese melty! And you can keep them in the fridge in the meantime. :-)
