Hey! I have struggled so much and fluctuated back and forth from 144 pounds to 196 in my adult life. The last year I have finally found balance. I can make some more videos but here’s a few things! Try adding in healthier habits (walking, good sleep, drinking water, extra veggies/protein) instead of being super restrictive. I have done some very restrictive diets and then totally binge ate my way back to my starting weight because I craved sugar so much. I honestly do not care for junk food as much anymore! Never thought I would say that. Start simple. I have a protein shake every morning bc it’s full of yummy, healthy food that has fiber, protein, fruits, veggies, etc. That’s the best way for me to start my day off right. Order a sample pack from just ingredients.com and find one you love! I could go on forever but walking and intuitive eating have changed my life, health, and body! Just keep practicing adding in more healthy habits. If you have a day where you eat a bunch of junk, so what! The next day, practice adding in more healthy food and exercise! I eat 80/20 (80 percent whole foods and 20 percent anything I’d like) but I don’t even crave fast food, soda, sugar, etc like I used to.

@ I am nearing 30 and have standing acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage appts! The one thing that has changed the pain game for me has been eating a mostly anti inflammatory diet! I have hardly any pain now 🙏🏼

@ 58 have osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, had cervical spinal fusion in March, low back pain, getting epidural treatment next month if doesn’t work getting surgery, I have chronic pain , I have to take pain meds daily to function, pain in both feet., been disabled since 2016. I tried acupuncture didn’t help. Massage sounds good, herniated disks in neck is why surgery still have pain. Surgery was brutal. I still have my cosmetology license. Good idea you are taking care of yourself now. I enjoy your videos. I’ve been licensed since 1986.
