I think this was foreshadowing of the world during Covid-19. In 2020 I ran a stage for a park as a government employee. We were not alowed to have people sing in public. Soo disatisfaction and enginuity got the best of me and I said to the management..."What if the performer sings on stage but is behing a Covid blocking material like plexiglass. He said he was sorry but they had spent their budget for Covid plexiglass barriers already for offices etc. I asked if he thought Covid would travel through a clear, shower curtain liner and he said well no more than it could through plexiglass! Exactly I said...we can have a public performance. Shower curtain liner, a frame to hold it made from ABS plumbing pipe and 2 buckets of sand to hold it in place. My park was the only one in Ontario to have a musical performance for the public that summer! And Mick, you were ahead of the times and you had a better budget too!
