Clinical depression is not simply being bummed out. The impurity of our food, water & air is a huge toxic burden on our health... that includes our brains. We don't morality about cancer... we don't look for a cause in one's character. Why do we continue to try to find the cause of mental ailments in "sin"?

We don’t think we’re entitled but have hopes and expectations. The way I deal with depression is know Allah has my back and I live in hope things will get better and to trust the process. Also look at people who are worse than myself.

Would not say it is entitlement to expect not to be raped and abused. Would not say it was entitlement to be treated with some humanity. To not have to be starved daily of food physical and emotional love. But we all see life differently. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾❤️

@@tabasumkhan9469 They were examples. But i just wanted to point out that depression is not always about entitlement. Sorry you never what I meant. Just wanted to let you know these sweeping statements can destroy people who are already struggling. Blaming thr victim.is not a great thing to do....I do get what you are saying. Some people who have come from "good backgrounds" and not had to struggle but still find themselves depressed...Most time it is because of entitlement...I do get what you are saying. But they were examples, not actual facts about my life..
