Every time I do the transition it’s for releasing the curve back but during a transition or a moving body it is almost impossible to breathe until I reach my other point of balance, from there then i can retrieve a normal breathing.

He did 29:56 minutes and I did 23:32 Minutes . he encouraged me to be the world longest handstand And two weeks later he was very surprised I became that fast . He is not doing long endurance handstand for now. He said Reaching such a number made him think about going to a rest for a very long time with handstand endurance hold. He his now 54 years old I think. He is my idol . I realize I do almost the same as him and have similar style . You can see he really learned by himself not standard handbalancer. He can’t do one arm handstand hold though. But hold the world record for the longest handstand walk. 172 meters.

I can talk so much about endurance handstand hold challenge . I was thinking to make a video just about it , I don’t have much materials for it or good program.. In this video I want it also to talk about my experience about me contacting the most famous and well known handbalancer . Because it is very strange that they are talking to me so sweet until i ask them to try a long endurance handstand and maybe showing their top capacity.. most pretend holding it over hour or more .. than recording a video of 30 minutes handstand should be easy for them and it could add more credibility to their channel where they teach others the perfect position and exercises for handstand. I will probably also have interest to know how to hold longer .. but when I bring them the list of the best endurance hold and ask them politely if they can have a very little time putting a camera , even 1/4 of their capacity limits and show a 15 minutes handstand hold. Or just 10 minutes ., then believe it or not they ignore me . No more chat . No more text . They just pretend holding it for so long but have no video demonstration..? Strange.. I know what I am talking about and it bog them . Because to reach such a high time.. you need many many attempts. It is a build up experience.. and they probably have many other. Videos of it in case they reach a very high time .. but no . They said “we don’t have a demonstration video and that’s it sorry . And most peoples just believe it … and some even trash me in the comments like I should just believe it because they are so good and they don’t need to show demonstration video of it . I am really starting to realize that this is a very big club ., Where I am not welcome , because when they discover my channel they don’t want to talk anymore with me .. I also use other account of friends.. They do respond when you give them( little candy)and attention they want such as worshiping them .. it is a bit frustrating for me because I just want someone to beat my little best time of 35:52 handstand hold. I don’t care to have the highest time with a video evidence. I want them to walk their talk ..so we can be on the same page . Then peoples can start to be inspired and it will help me to push further.. I am sorry but if I can’t see it , I can’t be inspired by the invisible.. and I am no more kid anymore.. I have done the work and reach the top. Now what’s next ? Handstand hold endurance are very hard even for professional s you need the mental strength to hold on . Not just skills . Therefore their silence and indifference towards show that they are lying like big boss . They are not train for long hold endurance handstand and don’t want to do because it is indeed very challenging.
