There is one that's actually really hard to see. As you see, You can see one world trade center behind the Titanic but if you look to the right in between the robot and that emerald aisle from the wizard of Oz you will see the Chrysler building with two buildings alongside of it. Those two buildings are the buildings that stood around the old world trade center and you can actually see behind the Chrysler building that there are two shines in the air showing where the trade centers used to be.
