I don't know the exact amount. I pack of pony beads should be enough 250-500 bead count.

This was so fast 😅 "medium amount of string" is also really ambiguous. I had to add string 3 times

I would recommend starting with 2 feet of string. The length depends on the type of string you are using. It can vary a lot.

Cloth covered elastic 1mm -1.5mm, you don't need the lighter.

Hey kandi toy box I have a question usually when I use your tutorials I go far until I follow it then something randomly goes wrong then I try redoing it 3 more times and it doesn’t work anymore could there be a reason why this happens

Making Kandi you have to have the right amount of number beads and use elastic string Watch the whole step until the next one that way if they mention something you know what to do Add time stamps to each step if it helps you memorize

What size is your elastic string? 1.0mm?
