While I am not a fan of the design of the 911, I have to admit they are great cars. A Porsche is not a toy which is driven once a week, it is made for everyday life and supposed to be as reliable as any other car made for this purpose, despite being a sports car.

I was using Sony A6000 to record. Unfortunately, I picked one of the lens (Sigma 16mm 1.4) with no image stabilization bc it had wider fov for the close garage.

I would want to point out that you lose time by not upshifting at the correct time, also hitting the limiter multiple times. You want to shift as soon as the white/blue leds illuminate, after that the engine has already reached max hp and is declining. Also you may want to take off some speed and focus on using all of the track for a wider entry and exit. Get used to the correct lines and then increase the speed. I think you will gain over 1 second purely from that. Good luck

I’m really sorry. Never saw the message. Wife just delivered a baby last week, so it’s been crazy. I have Koni yellows from tirerack. You can get regular yellow or just get SSC ones. SSC seems to be little better QA wise but honestly both identical. You will need a spacer for front from koni. It reduces front camber (yes you heard right. Reduces 😢). Also, reach out to Blake Alvarado for rear perch. They will run you extra $400 Karcepts front sway bar v1. There’s a v2 out now. I’d get that or get in line for pre order RPF1 wheels, 3 mm spacer only Bc my tires were rubbing a bit. But anything more than 3mm, you’ll need extended lugs. 235/40-17” Falkens 660. Not my choice but I got tired of waiting fir Re71RS. If you’re interested, I want to sell them. I maybe did like 3-4 events. Shoot me a message. Autox alignment.

Doesn't it says on the brake reservoir cap to use DOT3 brake fluid? Is it ok to mix them?

Well technically you’re not mixing them as you’re completely replacing them. But yes, them mixing is no issue. You’ll end up with like 95% new and 5% old prob

Well I don't live the life of luxury looking at the home the Porsche in the video pulls out of. I don't use my Porsches as "daily drivers" simply because I have a non-Porsche that I use as one, plus it is far more practical. And even if I were in that position, I have far too much respect for quality. My two 911s are toys and I could never call them "it is just another car" as some Porsche owners have told me. It is too bad they feel that way.

Except you can not nail it when you take the top down. There is a low speed limit for that.

Few mistakes I see. The vet takes time to learn. I went from Evo to vet and it took me a year to get it down. The car is faster than my evo. Just takes time learning throttle control. Rolling in and out. Hopefully by now you got it down.

I disagree. Many people won’t be able to afford a Porsche, ever. Can they not enjoy them too? You’re not an enthusiast if a car is just a status symbol to you. In fact - you’re the worst kind of Porsche driver with that attitude. (I’m not referring to you personally).
