I havent used the atk x1 ultra but looking at the specs the Akitsu is a smaller more lightweight mouse and would be more suitable if you like smaller mice. BUt in terms of sensor and polling rate the x1 ultra looks like a great mouse as well.

If you use argb fan, then set it all to white color, when you turn off the pc and then turn it on again, the color back to rgb or still in white color?

The color should stay all white depending on the software you use to control it.
