I have nothing against the vocalists in this track, I think they both did an incredible job in the original video, this was just for fun. I haven't done video editing in a while, last time I did something like this was my old YTPs. I had a blast making this with all the editing and cowbell shenanigans, especially 3:46. ( @insaneintherainmusic we need more cowbell!) This might be the last one of these, we'll see. This track actually has some really interesting instrumentation and this fits really well, especially the synth parts and fantasias. The string pad 2 is a custom instrument by the person who organized the PMD2 soundfont.

This is the first time I have used the Voice Tenor instrument. This one was difficult to mix, because of how delicate the original is with dynamics. And on top of that it's a Musescore arrangement which are always a pain to work with. Using Corrscope 8.0.0 again since its default settings are still better for my covers than 0.9.0.

This one took way too long to complete at around 6 hours. I had to manually transcribe the Flute part myself, and it was tricky to get those grace notes and the echo channel lined up properly (along with dynamics, panning etc.) Because this is based on a Musescore arrangement, the midi export has plenty of issues, but I was able to fix it up and I am extremely satisfied by the result. Trying out the Corrscope version 0.9.0 which defaults to 1080p instead of 720p. However I might prefer the old version which defaults to 720p because the drawn lines in 1080p are the same thickness as the 720p by default which makes it visually thinner due to a higher resolution.

Goodness i want to use this in a random encounter in my PMD DnD game with the party fighting against a Tinkaton.

I love this dungeon music. It feels like the end of the journey after you’ve done everything, yet it still is extremely challenging. Will never forget beating this with only Mudkip, Torchic, Treecko, and Pichu. Pichu saved me on multiple occasions.
