I can hear the game. And I can hear other players talking through my headset, but they are not able to hear me. And I am not able to see icon that shows on the screen when I am speaking through the mic. Can someone please help

got it to work by switching it from Bluetooth mode to just wireless mode by pressing🔃 (the little under the Bluetooth button). The voice will say WIRELESS MODE. Just as soon as I switched it to wireless mode, the sound came through the headset. Thank you again. You guys are great 👍🏾

Mine does not connect right away and I tried what you showed but it still won’t work. And it randomly connects but then disconnects right after, not letting me even use it for a second. Is there anyway you can help me out?

I'm on Xbox, So mine is paired fine on but my mic doesn't work in game chat and party chat, it's worked a couple of random times but not sure why. I've spoken to tec support they sent me a new transmitter. I can hear all my gameplay audio. I've even turned it to Bluetooth to see if my mic is working and it was when I called someone they can hear me. On wireless mode I unmute my pic and can here it picking my voice up but I can't hear people and they can't hear me. Anyone had this and know how to fix it. My girl got me these for Xbox so don't wanna just buy a new set.

I was trying to connect for like 2 hours with a blinking blue light and I’m not sure if your video helped or not but I think it did lol… All I know is I plugged the headset into power usb for a second and got a red light, then unplugged it and red light stayed on, Then I turned it off, then when I turned it back on I finally seen a blinking green light and finally had audio I freaking spent 2 hours trying to reconnect to Xbox and was ready to return these things but was determined to reconnect them. Just try to get a solid red light on the headset if it is blinking blue. Then try to reconnect

When I’m in game chat other players keep telling me that I’m cutting out. Even while I’m in party chat the headset has a mind of its own. For an example if I’m in war zone or multiplayer I’ll keep hearing “ Wireless Mode” then it’ll go silent for about 5-7 secs multiple times. I haven’t contacted customer service but was seeing if I’m the only person going through this

Do you need the dongle that has the Xbox switch on the side just to do all this?

Also may help if you update via app! Mine worked that way to connect but then mic wasnt working. I just disconnected and reconnected transmitter and then powered headset with mic antenna open and it worked :)
