The best restaurant in Hilton Head is Charlie’s. We eat there almost every time visiting. Salty Dog used to be a great quality place, after Covid the place seemed to go downhill in quality.

this community is not as bad as this guys says it is and i know this guy because i talked with him before in that community nobody threatened anyone very often only some of the kids were disrespectful most of them were chill i know this from experience beacause i talked with them i lived here my whole life and it is safe to say that this community is beyond amazing and is better than this guy says it is

Did you not read the numerous NO TRESPASSING signs along Brams Point Road? This is a private community and you are trespassing. Can you read English? If you are not personally visiting a property owner in their home then YOU ARE TRESPASSING. Your uninvited presence and lack of respect for the privacy of the Spanish Wells property owners is appalling. You have unscrupulous business practices and your real-estate license should be revoked. Our surveillance cameras have your license plate number and we know who you are; therefore, DO NOT COME BACK. If we observe you driving through our community again we will contact the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Department and have you arrested. In the meantime, we plan to contact our attorney who you should be hearing from soon.

I would say that the wood flooring is timeless, but there are definitely some builder grade finishes like the vinyl entryway. In my mind, you are trading some of the better finished for that incredible view, nice sized backyard, and extra wide sideyard. You normally don't get this lot space in Sun City.

If you want to follow a rambling man’s reason why not move to South Carolina go for it I live here it is beautiful here yes cost of living is high as retirees love moving here winter is mild warms up towards end of February hurricane season is from June till October we’ve been blessed major hurricane was Hugo in 89 Hurricane Matthew in 2016 which caused some damage on the outer, lying islands, all in all still a nice place to live just my humble opinion and I wasn’t born here

Was thinking about moving to HH but after listening to you I don’t think so 🤷♀️I already live in South Carolina I lived in Mt. Peasant Sc for 20 years now Georgetown sc for about 6 years …Don’t care about the beach sick of coastal flooding,All my kids are grown and moved away Looking for some place quiet and not overpopulated where do you suggest ……THANK YOU 🙏🏾

@@CarlKratzRealtorSC For the record, my 10 favorites as a visitor to HHI since 1997: The Crazy Crab Jarvis Creek Hilton Head Ice Cream Company Black Marlin Bayside Grill Skull Creek Boathouse The Jazz Corner Marley’s Shrimp and Burger Shack Up The Creek Pub and Grill The Sea Shack Skillets Cafe and Grill Bullie’s BBQ And we have also enjoyed these alternatives from time to time: The Crazy Crab Harbour Town Salty Dog Cafe San Miguel’s Mexican Restaurant Fat Baby’s Pizza Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe The French Bakery in Shelter Cove Hilton Head Diner Poseidon Old Oyster Factory Local Pie We've never made it to Hudson's, in spite of several attempts over the years, because the waiting time has always been in HOURS instead of MINUTES whenever we were there. But we will be back in May 2024 to try again! [grin]

Living in this community, it’s too big. There’s a lot of different clicks. They are too rude, the kids have no respect for rules for HOA, I lived here 3 years and was threatened my whole time living there. We moved to a neighborhood in Bluffton that is 10 X better than this place. Things before purchasing here, if your kids have disabilities keep in mind that this may not be the neighborhood for you

I'm not sure what you are specifically are talking about, but I was talking to an apartment manager yesterday and she had a few property for people making less than $38k and $41k per year. $15/hr at 40 hours is about $41k per year. FYI, I love it here and I may be nuts, but nothing is perfect. For me, the SC Lowcountry is awfully darn close. Dog is fine too.
