Hey, you and your husband need to help his brother Lasana. I watched a couple of his videos and reading him I can tell he has serious mental issues and won’t be surprised to hear he commit suicide, you can see he is crying out for help. Please get him some psychiatric help and also get him off the internet

Start eating more veggies... don't have to be only bhagi ... when you include veggies everyday with your meals you would not get fedup ... eat everything in moderation

What you could do in T&T you can’t do anywhere else in the world..that freedom is amazing love the river life I miss it so much..walking through the woods with family it was the best time of my life.. great video best one ever thanks for sharing..so much beautiful memories…& I also love to see how you & your husband enjoy spending time together..amazing

We were there two weeks ago, a large Family group way up to a private area had a most wonderful time.
