I remember seeing a video about flipping couches and thought it was so stupid that someone would buy a used dirty couch but the next day I drove past a really nice neighborhood and saw 2 sectionals in amazing shape. Both just needed cleaned. I was so shocked. Said f*ck it and put them on Facebook marketplace for 800 each and they both were out of my house in 2 days. Still riding that high. Don’t have my old van anymore but I considered making it a full time job after

reupholstery is a dying craft! At least in my area, there’s not a lot of shops that are still open. It’s super unfortunate cuz when i worked at one we would get generations old furniture sometimes

Take it from someone who delivered furniture for a living! If you’re lifting or moving couches by yourself a back brace and floor dolly go a long way brother! Or a moving buddy! Can’t make that make bread if your laid up injured on the couch! Respect 🫡

I respect the hustle, but explained to me how a normal job is a scam if you’re essentially doing the same thing that you cut at a normal job. I’m sure you’re making more money but the point is that you’re exchanging your labor for money which is the same thing you do with a job.

Until I'm not! but working for 50k, 70k, 100k, 200k but the person at the top is making 100x, sounds like a scam to me 😅. Many other things go into this but that's just how i feel, to each their own, gotta do what's best for you!
