Florida case. Probate has been ongoing since 2020 because the PR is preventing me from getting the condo that was specifically given to me in the Will. I am a friend of the deceased. Not a spouse or child. This year he filed a petition to sell my condo for his attorney fees of over 80k. Which according to the abatement rule is is only supposed to get around 21k. He says because he was given general power in the Will he can sell the condo. But, there are 300k of other assets in the estate of luxury art collection. I was given a letter by the original PR before he died to give to the HOA that I am the owner and a deed will be given to them at the end of probate. The successor says new rules I am not doing it. I filed a motion for summary judgment pro se this March 2024. Even though I won in the courtroom. The judge asked me to settle the artwork with the museum to give them 10% and refused to transfer the condo even though I asked during the hearing. I have a an agreement that was argued that gave me everything with an attached affidavit of a Witness that gave me the artwork as a gift. He has not made an order on my motion and I have been fighting to get my ruling but I am being prevented from doing so my motions and petition by the PRs attorney. Not sure how to save my assets and fight these fees that are to much. I feel like my rights are being violated by the court and the attorneys. FYI the attorney of the estate threatened me with crimal action that my letter was fraud and if I release my rights he will not file it which he sent in an email. My petition to remove him with all his harrassing emails and threats. The judge said it was not enough evidence to remove him.

I have no rights because I cannot enforce my rights. My experience is anybody can do anything they want to me and there's nothing I can do regardless of whether I have it on video or what overwhelming evidence I may present because nobody will hear the case and there is no lawyer that won't cost a ridiculous amount of money that anybody could afford let alone my disabled ass.
