DC should definitely specify that about the book. On a wider point, I think comic books are too expensive, which could be deterring new readers from getting into them.

Yeah! This is good news! I couldn't read the article on the screen, but what did they mean about fixing her back story? The Belasco stuff? I didn't mind that unless I'm missing something else. She's always been a favorite, but it seems like her She Hulk, Spider Woman and X23 can only keep these books moving for short runs, which kinda sucks because they are all great characters. Oh, Captain Marvel too! (As long as Kelly Thompson is writing it! Hahaha) Thanks for info!!!

The gist of it is mystery packs? You are buying vendor created mystery packs, just like you can get from other places, only this one is a retailer exclusive, with artist exclusive covers, and you have to buy bags, open them, and see if they have the cover that you need? It's an excellent marketing ploy, given the cover crazy comic climate in which we currently collect. It's not about the content, it's about the shiny wrapper. Beauty is on the outside when it comes to these.

Yes. I agree. Tell people it is part one of a 10 issue miniseries. That if it catches on, you say now starring in his or her or their new series. The first 10 issues are a test flight, not and open up your wallet and cross your fingers move. That's terrible to do to your customers. People don't forget.

It looks awful. I know I commented before, but watching it again makes it look even worse. What's with all of the water? It looks like some dude pushes him into the water to make him a crow and then he gets shot in the stomach and falls into a full tub. Then there's him and his girlfriend and the tub and the two of them and what looks like the sea. This movie wet the bed.

Her statement about eye appeal being everything on top of where the same flaw is on different books can result in different grades bothers hearing their graders saying things like that.

Bindery tears are part of the spine. That used to matter in grading. Should I submit my books that have binary tears? I bet if I paid for 9.8 pre-screening, more of them would be 9.8 books or higher. Otherwise, who would keep paying for the service? Eventually, you'd spend more on pre-screening than if you went out and bought some 9.8 copies.
