not me getting emotional😭🥺 i’ve had should pain since middle school- qualified for states my freshman year for discus and that was my last season because of the pain😩 these movements have significantly reduced the pain i’ve had for yeaaars and i’m confident to go to ao1 to compete soon !🤭 free bar would also help w/ my dreams a lil bit.🤣

@dallinpepper_ so the determining factor to critique your lift's techniques is to be able to lift as much as you? All I pointed out was something I thought could make your lift better, and suddenly you get very defensive. So an Olympic level female who cant lift 300 lbs isn't able to critique you because she cant lift 300 lbs? It was awhile ago before it was easy to record with a smart phone. So I have no video. I'm older now and cannot currently lift 300. But it doesn't mean I can't see things a person can improve on. Do you think Greg Everet can currently snatch 300#? But does that mean he wouldn't identify the same issue, if not more? Don't you think if you worked on correcting the problem you would be even more efficient and could potentially lift more as a result of improved technique and consequently less energy consumption, more efficient movement patterns and better neurological recruitment? I didn't mean to challenge you or offend you. But clearly it seems as though I triggered you somehow. You don't know me or my background at all. I'm not going to feed into your ego and provide you with footage for you to attack me with for vindictive purposes. Check your ego. Or stop posting. I'll be no longer following your channel. Great movements to keep in mind. I have dealt with shoulder pain in the past but have been pretty good the year or two I would love a Rogue barbell for I don’t have any barbell or plates in my home gym yet.

@ possibly something for the hips . Or good warm ups for heavy squats and cleans. I feel like I usually just sit in a squat for a bit and foam roll, and a clamshell pulse . But then get somewhat right into it .

Awesome movements for prehab/ rehab, love these. Definitely could use a 45lb bar, with 2 kids, 2 jobs, and training as a competitive althete means a lot of home sessions. Shortly bar only goes so far.

I messed my shoulder in a mtn bike accident. It is ok but does not take much to tweak it. So will give some of these a try. Also I saw you on CPW and was so impressed with your comments. I am sure the bar will go to a good home perhaps even mine. Good luck to all.
