About the dandruff videos issues I saw another KZbinr who does this put in bold print at the beginning of their videos that have dandruff. It said This is a doll mannequin head and not a real person. The dandruff is fake snow and not real dandruff of any kind. This video is for ASMR. Or This video falls under the ASMR label/group. Maybe this will help you?
