0:02 Reference to an actual call. 0:03 First clue of distress is Kristen's voice when she says "the address". 0:44 Possible reference to an abduction+murder vic by nearly the same name (Kristin Smart). 1:22 -TRO- PRO. 1:34 Code 3 = urgent police response, all available units; usually involves lights+sirens. Should advise silent approach. 1:38 3rd-floor, corner. 2:22 Lindsay Pulsipher sells it. 2:36 NOTE: _"Tell me when we're set"_ 3:01 (nod) _"We're set."_ 3:18 The realization: _"I wasn't talking to you."_ -- Harold Finch, "Person of Interest" 3:25 That scream will haunt.

Pretty sure this is based off a true story. Though I’m sure all of these episodes are. But I recall watching a video of a 911 operator who helped a woman in a similar, albeit less dramatic, situation. I’m pretty sure she was also in a seriously dangerous situation with an abusive partner, and she called 911 and ordered a pizza. The operator handled the call much like this woman did.

Funny enough, Ellen kinda looks like a stereotypical Karen, but is actually cool and when she's upset, she has valid and understandable reason to be upset. And instead of causing problems for others, she's the one helping to keep things together and keeping chaos at bay. So in a couple ways, she's the opposite of a Karen in terms of behavior and personality. She's an anti-karen.

In my personal opinion, I prefer 911 Lone Star over 911. I just think that 911 has gotten too graphic for my taste while 911 Lone Star gives the same thrilling adrenaline vibes without the graphic nature

Damn. Never seen anyone blow up those big air bags and set up spot lights in 30 seconds. The operator told her they would be at the door in 2 minutes. Everyone was ready in their position like what took you so long. I can hear in my head the director saying action

This is from the tv series 9-1-1: Lone Star. This scene is based on a real 911 call made by a woman who called 911 and "ordered" a pizza when her stepfather was abusive towards her mother. Here is the 911 call. kzbin.info/www/bejne/epqbmGuAnNOZjJI
