The statement "consciousness is Brahman" is a profound concept deeply rooted in Hindu philosophy, particularly in Advaita Vedanta. To understand this, let's break it down: Consciousness: In this context, consciousness refers to the fundamental awareness or sentience that underlies all experiences. It's not merely the consciousness of an individual mind but rather the universal consciousness that pervades everything. Brahman: In Hindu philosophy, Brahman is the ultimate reality or the supreme cosmic spirit. It is considered to be beyond all attributes, transcending time, space, and causation. Brahman is the source and essence of everything in the universe. So, when the statement says "consciousness is Brahman," it suggests that the essence of consciousness, the core awareness that each individual experiences, is ultimately the same as Brahman, the ultimate reality. In other words, the consciousness within each being is not separate from the universal consciousness or Brahman; rather, it is an expression or manifestation of it. This concept underscores the idea of non-duality (Advaita), where there is no fundamental distinction between the individual self (Atman) and the supreme reality (Brahman). It implies that all apparent distinctions between beings are ultimately illusory, and at the deepest level, everything is one unified consciousness or Brahman.

Would be of help to give some advice how to end the suffering. Send off I'm correct people suffer because of bad karma? I've seen people praying to Hindu gods there while life but they kept suffering. So what use of God? People are helping each other, God doesn't.
