I have the Software Version 4.1.19 and it‘s not better. This behavior makes also the auto speed limit function on the pilot assist usesless. Once I was on the highway in Germany with no speed limit and the car showed me a limitation of 30km/h…

Gosh, this is why you cant trust your "computer", would be a shame if someone would drive 200kmt by a school with a 30kmt speedlimit, since the driver has no braincells to understand that outside signs / rules overrule your computer. - and this speedlimit software is such and old tech allready put into gps systems that this is a shamefull version of it in the polestar. REALLY hope that they will update the software and it will use gps ( if the car has it ) from the update and forward !

And the funny thing is that it worked perfectly on my P2 in the beginning. And I had many Volvo's with it, and they checked it with the camera's and that worked also fine. V90 T4 2020 (perfect) XC60 T4 2021 (perfect) Polestar 2, in the beginning perfect XC40 P6 2022, in the beginning perfect....

Same with every other brand I've driven. And it's been like that for years and years. EU forcing automakers to follow a speed limit when they have no idea what the speed limit is beyond stupid. Probably works fine in Brussels.

It kinda makes sense, that in manual you override what the auto wants to do, but then as soon as you put it back in auto, it resets to what it "thinks" is best.

See the video one more time. It's the other way around. Your logic is fine, but here I show a manual setting not sticking after turning on Auto, and back to Manual.

The Pixel LED headlights on Polestar 4 is equal to those on Polestar 2. severdigheter videos has beem made showing those, also by me.

When Pilot Assist is activated and you want to change lanes manually, how does this work for you? In my test drive this was really bumpy..

You will always override the assisted line change. Just pull over. Alarms go off letting you know the auto lane shift was interrupted. Happened to me in the start as I was too impatient waiting for the automatic shift.

Do not hold your hand so high on the steering wheel. Dangerous if the airbag is triggered.

Thanks for the heads up. I would think when the airbags are triggered, my hands would be forced off the steering wheel before it explodes.
