Where in the Torah does it say there's a hell or a place of punishment for sinners/unbelievers? That's only in the Gospels, which were not written by any prophets. The whole idea is from the Greeks and the Egyptians, both of which had an "underworld" and at least one being ruling over it. All that the Torah says happens to people is they lie in their graves until they get resurrected, essentially sleeping and unconscious. People who get eaten by animals or burnt up in fires are out of luck I guess.
