Watch Buddy Miller breaking up!! When Kris was making the film DISAPPEARANCES in Vermont in 2005, he came to work and told the producer that his sister Karen had died unexpectedly the night before, but he worked all day on a cold dark day, and he took out his guitar and sang to the rest of cast and crew. At the end, the director said he sang a medley of truly raunchy songs from his Army days, just to cheer people (and himself) up.

Kris must have had a great time on this cruise. He showed up all over the place jamming with everybody, usually shepherded by good friend Brandi. People who were surprised by this side of Kris didn't know he wrote parodies in the Army, and also, that he loves to sing harmony..

Chicago Joe was not thrilled that night. He prefers playing in clubs where there is more of an emphasis on listening. There are great listening rooms in Chicago, but the Double Door wasn't one of them. Saw them the night before in St Louis, also with The Giving Tree Band and it was great. I absolutely love sarah watkins.she seems to be enjiying playing with fiona on all the clips I see.i love sarah on the tiny desk,nickel creek,she's such a perfectionist on it giving chris thile the deathray look when he hits 1 bum note.she looks mean and keen to get it right and I love a strong woman.bezutiful talented lady who lives eats breathes bluegrass.WALES,UK

I heard this song tonight for the first time in Mount Vernon Washington. This live version is better than the studio recording. Great song, Great show!
