It is amazing how well these performers relate to these puppets just as if they were real.

Just learned this existed through seeing George lucas talk show fans discussing it, then laughed out loud when i saw who the uploader of this video was. Thanks for the upload Conner!

Honorable mention to Casey Kasem voici ng the Chevron ad during the first commercial break. I'd forgotten about his voice and radio ads apart from his own show!

Love the Muppets, but, the retro commercials were amazing! BTW, the Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson averaged about a 7.8 Nielsen rating in the early 70s (i.e., 7.8% of all households watched), which was almost twice that of Johnny's closest late night competitors. This show got a 6.1 rating.

If you really meant this, you would write and record an answer song. Anything less is simply unconvincing! 🍕

I often wonder what is happening today at the stage where Johnny hosted his diamond show for all those years.

A frog puppet hosting the Tonight Show. Now there's something that you don't see every day. Kermie did well considering it was his first time host the show.

I love how JC Penny plain pocket jeans are usually $10, but now 20% off. You save $2! I would love like a queen if prices returned to 1976.
