Hello, we have many small fiestas here in Pampanga throughout the whole year ( every 2 - 3 weeks) everyone gets together, eats and drinks and of course karaoke with a parade on the road late afternoon. The largest fiesta here in pampanga is Apung Iru which on 28, 29 and 30 June. It is held on the Pampanga river in Apalit where 100s of boats gather on the river with 1000s of people and of course the streets are full of people having a good time, it gets very wet lol

Sapinit is a fave of my children when they were in elementary. Yun first 3 hahanapin ko.

The kabuyaw, or we call it kaburaw in Iloko...interestingly you called it Kiefer lime. It cost an arm and a leg to buy that in the US. I ordered a kiefer lime tree from the local nursery but it is hard to find still waiting to be in stock. Thai and Vietnamese use the leaves in their cooking. I like to put a leaf or 2 when cooking sinigang, my neighbor gives me some leaves sometimes.
@timdziak688124 күн бұрын
I have not priced them here in the Philippines

@@timdziak6881 When we lived in the Philippines only one house in the entire barrio had kaburaw. As a child I remember going there asking for kaburaw. That is why I am intent on finding it here. My calamansi tree is producing now so I know kaburaw would do good in my backyard too.
