What makes Satch's playing so unique is the ability to modulate and coax the tone into cries, wails and those sustaining climaxes . His mastery over tones, with the whammy, volume swells and pinch harmonics call for some serious applause

Joe is the most virtuoso emotion translator over guitar. Then come the rest . With Pink Floyd in the lower complexity spectra(gilmour plays easy stuff but so powerful and emotional and perfect) he hits hard on emotionality .

Agree about Joe, but Gilmour? Easy? It's not always the notes per second, it's the feel. Get that while playing his solos and then comment
