This feature was used for a motorcycle which typically doesn't have reverse, I don't believe there is a way to disable the brake using reverse enabled unless you adjusted the dual rate and flipped it when you were done using the brake so the reverse would work

unfortunately, all the information I had referenced in the link to URC of the product description is no longer available since the URC servers were shut down. Maybe you can do a search on RCTech to find some threads explaining how to do the firmware upgrade? I no longer use this system and feel it's not worth the hassle, you can get far more features for the price with a RadioLink RC4G system which I have some demo videos on my channel showing how much easier it is to manage.

If less than 5 racers, I would recommend LapMonitor instead, Trackmate is more difficult to setup but Trackmate transponders are smaller/easier to install and Trackmate offers better scoring system software if you want to host a club race event.

Hi There! I have some struggles with this setup station for 1/8 buggy setup... The tool giving consistent measurements (meaning if you repeat the measurement you get the same number) but comparing these measurement to classic tools have significant differences. For example the measurement for camber: we measured camber with the classic camber gauge and got a value of 1 degree on both sides. We measured with integy system and get a value 3 degrees on one side and 5 on the other side...! If you also see the car from above, for sure it does not have 3 or 5 degrees camber!! We measure again and again with Integy and get consistent measurement (3 and 5 degrees) but obviously this is not correct. Same on the rear side Can you please advise ?
@billdelong Жыл бұрын
It's been many years since I posted this video and I am a consumer just like you. I find it best to stick with just 1 tool and use that as your baseline. If you need to make adjustments for the car then be sure you use the same tool. I only use the Integy station for initial car setup from a brand new kit build, mostly to get front toe settings. I now use the following HUDY camber gauge at the track for faster setup changes, being a fixed gauge there is no room for error: www.rcamerica.com/hudy-graphite-quick-camber-gauge-1-5-2-2-5-107750

I have the A80BHMW Hall version. I sacrificed a servo today to see if mine was coming loose. Nope . I had to pound the hall sensor out and the black glue they used was strong. It tour the glue in half and still stuck to case. It was not white silicone like yours or what ever it was. Servo is 4 years old I have 10 of them. So far no problems. It is in air planes. There is a V2 now with larger gear pins.
@billdelong Жыл бұрын
Based on your screen name, it sounds like you're using the servo for aircraft use where planes aren't going to see hard landings from 1/8 race track jumps, this servo was advertised for 1/8 buggy use and it failed within a couple months of use. AGFrc does not stand behind their product and they have lost me as a customer, simple as that, more info here: www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3814915-The-Good-the-Bad-and-the-Ugly-about-AGFRC-Servos No doubt the servo would do perfectly fine in a plane without hard impacts Best Wishes

Have you found this system is accurate? I have read a lot of people having trouble getting reliable accurate readings from the integy setup system
@billdelong2 жыл бұрын
It all depends on how smooth your car is, I always use the same method by pressing the chassis flat and I get the same results when comparing cheap camber gauges... if someone drops their car with wheels on, of uses a different diameter tire, then yes you will get different readings... all that matters is using a consistent baseline, then you can make changes at the track to fine tune later. I only use this setup station for an initial build then I make changes with a fixed quick gauge tool at the track when adjusting ride height, etc... if you change ride height then you need to reset camber and so on.

I've read about your experience with AGF servos on rcgroups. I was looking into a good, well priced option for my 8th scale basher. The cheap Amazon servos I kept buying would die on me fairly quick, so I gave up on them and decided to look into AGFRC. They seemed like they knew what they were doing when it came to servos (but not customer service). I saw that some of their servos were up for sale on Amazon, which would allow me to avoid their CS at all cost, so I went ahead and purchased their A73CHLW servo. It had good reviews and was priced well for the specs. I've only ran about 3 packs, and it's been a very good performer at 6 volts, plenty of speed and torque, and it centers perfectly, no drifting to the left or right. But after reading about all of the trouble you encountered, I'm pretty worried I might've made the wrong choice. I hope it isn't the case, I just ran it earlier today and bashed the crap out of it with no issues.
@billdelong2 жыл бұрын
I don't have experience with the A73 series, but I can assure you that AGF won't ever see a dime of my money again... NitroPro has been rebranding the A80 series and has also fixed all the known issues with the recent release of the CT2 servo which I've been testing for a while now, I will vouch for the CT2 being a good buy, I've also had really good luck with SRT servos as well: dialedhobbies.com/srt-bh9032-1-8-hv-high-torque-aluminum-case-brushless-servo-detail

that is one of 2 things the potenciometar in the servo failed or a chip on the motherboard went out. the first one can be tested with the servo open and have a ohm meter hooked up to the blade looking thing the the servo output sits on. then turn that by hand the ohm should change if not then you can find one of the same ohm set and replace. the other thing isn't able to be fixed

take the bottom apart. then take a punch that is the size of the gear on the motor and knock the gear back down. when you do this you need to support the motor so you don't break the board it's on. i seen this happen on a couple of servo's and figured out the fix when one of the guys let me bring it home to look at it closer. what happened is the top peace of the gear has moved and that has remover the pressure on the mechanism. then after take some red loctite and put it down into the tip that should fix it
