will the U30 Shuttle work with the new RX3000 or will that be another new purchase? I'm so glad you now offer now a variant of the U-30 that has ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular built-in to the same product. So if we change locations we don't have to buy a whole new unit.

Ron Malinowski, Jr. Thanks for the great questions! The U30 shuttle does not work with the RX3000. The RX3000 platform is intended for remote monitoring applications where connection to the internet is available via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or Cellular connections so data retrieval is all done through www.hobolink.com. You can also start and stop your logger through HOBOlink. Please give us a call if you have any questions about the models that are available or their capabilities. Hello Mario, Momentarily press the coupler’s lever (pressing hard enough so the lever bends). The amber LED blinks momentarily, then the green LED should glow steadily to indicate that the logger is ready to communicate with HOBOware. (If the red LED blinks instead, the logger was not found. Make sure the logger and coupler are aligned and seated properly, and that there is no dirt or strong sunlight interfering with communications.)
