To solve this I would use 2 additional bottles, since I don't want to waste any liquid from both full bottles. So I would put a line on a 3gal bottle where the level is, and empty into the new bottle, then I would fill in that 3gal with the liquid of 5gal until the line. So I have left 2gal in 5gal bottle. I would again put a line on the level of 2gal on 5gal bottle and empty into another bottle. And the final step is returning back the liquid into 5gal (from the first bottle) until the line of 2gal, leaving 1 gal there and put all liquid from the 2nd bottle which has 2gal, so I would have 4 gal there.

Yes but what do you do exactly? How do you know what you need to work on? How do yoy acess your data? How much do you spend cleaning the data? Do you use tableu or power bi after? What typical deadline do you have to deliver the data? When is your work for that data done until begin a new task? Are you by contract, hourly, salary? Yeah its nice to see you drink cofee and chatting with colleagues but answering those questions actually gives us an idea of what a data analyst actually does
