Thanks for the video. I have been using Enroute for 12 years and have never explored some of the areas shown in this video. I will be changing career in 3 days and no longer be using Enroute, however I will pass on your knowledge to my successor. Thank you.

When routing small strips of .75 in plywood, what advice would you have for holding the pieces down? I've tried many different things to counter the pieces moving or getting caught up with more and less passes, keeping the dust in or out and different router bits.

+Derrek Bourdo That is difficult isn't it! Fixturing with gasket material, or using hold down clamps probably won' work since the strips are so small. One thing worth a try would be using a down spiral tool and including bridges. Another method when using material like plywood, is to cut down to an "onion skin" leaving about .010" of bottom material left, and then run the sheet through a Timesaver, which sands that last material off. Using bridges or an onion skin may be your best bet. Good luck!

Ouch that sounds horrible, wouldn't like to do that too often with a nice router like that

What material is this? Styrene?
@jackwisbon590610 жыл бұрын
Just vacuum. Our 20hp TurboVac. Note the sides of the material has stock covering up the exposed spoil board. Thanks!

Nice video. Just wondering, besides the vacuum how are you holding down Aluminum to table?

Hi nice video. just wondering the Watts power on this machine? can it cut aluminum? how are the fumes controlled? and it be nicer if you actually cut a letter, number, or an specific shape. t
